Tunnels are a structure over a roadway which inhibits the normal daytime illumination in such a way that a driver’s visibility is substantially reduced. The LED SD-75 by Neo-Neon™ is engineered to illuminate the road surface in tunnels to enable a smooth visual transition from daylight or darkness while drivers pass through the tunnel. Additionally the LED SD-75 is designed for under bridge and under overpass applications.
Incorporating the very latest in WLED (White LED) technology the LED SD-75 boasts an incredible 100lm/W output from each of the 1W LEDs. The addition of the Patented L-BOTTM (LUX Boosting Optical Technology) increases the LUX by 50% of typical 1W LED without L-BOTTM
The LED SD-75 is available in (CCT) Color Correlated Temperatures ranging from 2000-7000K and are a high energy savings, extreme long life direct replacement to high energy consuming HID based Sodium and Mercury Vapor fi xtures.
The LED SD-75 is part of the Neo-NeonTM LED Street Light Series which are constructed of high grade aluminum die-cast housings, stainless steel hardware and fasteners. The die-cast aluminum housings are powder coated with a special material and using a special process for protection from the environment and to enhance self cleaning properties.
